"Pretty easy drop-off and pickup"
Dropping my kid off after school has been really easy so far, and pickup is usually quick too. I haven’t seen every part of the process, but from my experience, the staff seems to have him ready without much hassle

"Accessibility left me feeling drained"
The accessibility here felt like it was added as an afterthought. I kept running into little issues that made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be, and by the end I just felt mentally drained.
"Canceling felt way more difficult than it should’ve been"
I signed my kid up thinking it would be straightforward, but trying to cancel turned into a whole headache. I thought I had followed all the steps, then I still got billed anyway. Maybe it’s just me, but it really felt like the cancellation policy was tucked away on purpose so people miss it. Support took a while to respond and didn’t really do much to help. Left a bad taste, and I won’t be signing up again.
"My kid did have fun with some of..."
My kid did have fun with some of the coding activities, and I can see why other families might like Code Ninjas. But i went in hoping it would feel more like structured, hands-on learning, and it ended up feeling a little too much like just adding more screen time to his day.
The staff were friendly, but I also felt kind of pressured to see it as this great fit when I wasn’t totally convinced. After school, he’s already on devices plenty, so it just didn’t feel like the balance I was looking for. It might work for some kids, but it wasn’t really what I wanted for mine...

"Trial class wasn’t a great fit"
I took my kid to the trial class after a friend recommended we check it out, but it wasn’t the best experience. Everything felt a bit unorganized, the staff seemed rushed, and they didn’t really explain much to us. My kid lost interest quickly, so we’ve decided not to sign up
"We Really Trust Code Ninjas"
My son has been going to Code Ninjas for a few months now, i feel good about him being there. The staff checks the kids in and out, and every time I’m there, I notice adults keeping an eye on the room. Pickup can get a little busy sometimes, so it’s not completely perfect, but they seem to know the kids well and keep everything organized. Overall, we trust them, and that peace of mind means a lot to us as parents.

"I’ve been to a few different centers…"
I’ve been to a few different centers, they don’t all feel the same. Some are really good and make things easy, but I can’t say I haven’t been to others that felt completely different. It really seems to depend on the location.

"My son did a week of camp…"
My son did a week of camp here, and he did enjoy some of the games they played, so it wasn’t a total miss. But overall it felt disorganized. Drop-off was confusing, and I didn’t really get much information about what they were actually working on each day. The staff seemed nice, just really busy, and a lot of the time it sounded like the kids were mostly on computers by themselves. I remember one random thing clearly: there was a single orange traffic cone by the entrance every morning, but no one seemed to know if it meant anything. For the price, I was expecting a bit more hands-on help and structure.

"Group work was rough"
Not great. The kids didn’t really work together. Mostly just ignored each other
"Slow response and not much help"
I had to wait days just to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really solve much. I get that things can get busy, but I’d rather be careful next time and not rely on them if I need help quickly.

"Kids really enjoy it, but communication could be better"
My kids really like it and seem to have a good time, which is great. The only thing is that communication with parents can be kind of slow and not always super clear, so it can be a little frustrating when you're trying to get answers or updates
"My kid does like the coding…"
My kid does like the coding sessions, so that part is good, honestly. But on codeninjas, the progress tracking is weak to me. I thought I would be able to easily see what belt level work was finished, what they are stuck on, and what comes next, but instead it’s kind of vague and not always feeling up to date. Most times, for details, I have to ask the center directly. For what it costs, parents should get clearer info without having to dig around so much. It’s not terrible, but this part, frustrating it is

"Birthday party was a bit of a letdown"
We had my son’s birthday party here, it was just okay. The kids seemed excited at first, but then there was a lot of waiting around, and at one point I wasn’t even sure what was supposed to be happening next. The staff were nice enough, but they seemed kind of confused or unprepared. And the coding part, which was the main reason we booked it, felt really rushed. For what we paid, I just don’t think it was worth it

"Signup felt more difficult than it needed to be"
Signing up took longer than I expected, and the onboarding info felt all over the place. I had to ask a couple of really basic questions that should’ve been answered upfront. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of felt like they left some things vague on purpose so you’d have to reach out or just keep moving through the process. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be

"My kid seemed to have a…"
My kid seemed to have a good time, so that was definitely a plus. That said, I kind of got the impression that the instructors weren’t always sure what they were doing or how to keep things organized. Maybe it was just an off day, but it left me a little unsure overall.

"Curriculum felt kind of shallow and all over the place"
The lessons just didn’t really work for my kid. It felt like they were mostly clicking through screens and not actually learning how to code, if that makes sense. Some sections were almost too basic, and then out of nowhere it would get confusing, so the flow felt messy. For what it costs, I was expecting a much more solid curriculum.
"Didn't see much real coding progress"
My kid went to Code Ninjas for a few months. I was hoping to see more real coding progress. That didn’t really happen.
A lot of the sessions seemed like they were just following steps on a screen. When I asked my kid what they built, they had a hard time explaining the code behind it.
The staff were nice. No issue there. But for the price, I didn’t feel like it built much confidence or problem solving. We ended up stopping.

"My son seemed a bit more confident..."
My son seemed a bit more confident with coding in the beginning, so I was hopeful. But after a few sessions, he started saying it felt like the same thing over and over, and he wasn’t really excited to go anymore. The staff was polite enough, but I never got the sense they were giving him much individual attention or real feedback. I also don’t totally trust customer service to be upfront about issues like that, since everything always sounded a little too positive when I asked questions. For what it costs, I expected a more personalized experience.

"Nice idea, but not the right fit for us"
My kid was really into the idea at first, and the coaches seemed nice enough, but the center was loud and distracting. It felt like there were too many kids for the coaches to really give everyone attention. Not saying it’s a scam, but for what we were hoping to get out of it, it just didn’t feel like the best learning setup for us.

"Tech issues made it frustrating"
The classes themselves were fine, and I didn’t really have a problem with the lessons. But the website and login system kept acting up way too often. Little things like having to refresh the page over and over or getting kicked out right when I was trying to start a class made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be
